Summary | The fifth principle of possessing Christ is illustrated by Joshua's handling of the over blessed sons of Joseph. The blessing of God has dangers that come along with it, such as spiritual pride, passivity, doubt, softness, and fear. To enter in and possess Christ, we must clear the forest, that is, use to the full all that God has given us. Second, we can't ignore the Canaanites, those ugly resisters such as sin that aren't becoming to a "victorious Christian". |
